In order to adjust the administrative and financial procedures, in addition to the follow-up medical services provided to Qatari patients in various therapeutic institutions, the quality control unit has been established, responsible for the following tasks:
Medical review
1. Review of the quality of the medical services
2. Review whether invoice amounts correspond to the prices set by the medical facilities
Administrative review
1. Control of all incoming and outgoing mail and of the internal circular notes.
2. Coordination and cooperation with all competent authorities.
3. Control of the implementation of all memos concerning general provisions.
4. Review the correctness of the modalities and accordance with the work regulations
Financial review
We control all bills that are paid by the health office: from invoices issued by service providers as well as car rental, by insurers and other costs.
