The department of IT-Systems and Medical Equipment is responsible for the provision of medical equipment for patients in addition to the support of IT systems inside the medical office:

1. Review of cost estimates, transfers and the medical case of present or non-present patients.
2. Order of medications and medical aid devices, as well as shipment to the respective recipients
3. Request of cost estimate and further procedure in case of incomplete documents (medical prescriptions, documents of the treating doctor) as well as further follow-up
4. Supervision of the computers and servers
5. Software installations
6. Equipment of the computers
7. Repair workings at the facilities of the office
