  Responsible for reviewing medical reports, selecting appropriate clinics or specialists, and organizing the entire course of treatment – from outpatient appointments to complex surgeries.
• Patient Services & Logistics
  This team ensures that patients and their families receive comprehensive support, including visa assistance, appointment scheduling, interpreter services, and medical transport coordination.
• Finance & Administration
  Oversees all financial matters, including cost approvals, invoicing, reimbursements, and communication with hospitals and the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar.
• Follow-Up & Quality Assurance
  Monitors ongoing treatments and outcomes, ensures continuity of care, and gathers patient feedback to maintain and improve the quality of services.
• Public Relations & Communication
  Acts as a bridge between patients, medical partners, and official institutions, ensuring transparent communication and prompt response to all inquiries.
